Jazzersize is so much fun!

It's been many years since I went to a Jazzersize class. I always enjoyed them, time just got in the way. Well today Marcia said she was going so I decided to tag along. How hard could it be? We did some routines and I thought for sure we were almost done. The hour had to be up. I asked Marcia the time - we had only been there 15 minutes! I was dripping in sweat.

The instructor was great and we really did have so much fun. It was a great group of ladies that made us feel very comfortable and welcome.

I can't say how I am going to feel tomorrow. I'm already feeling a little stiff. I will be so embarrassed if one Jazzersize class kicked my butt!

The class we took was at Riverside Park in Oviedo. Jodi runs the class, but Lisa was our instructor tonight. How can one person have that much energy? I'm afraid to aspire to that. It will scare my family.
