Little did we know when we invited Kevin Bevington, 6 time Pit Master Champ and Nick Wunder, Professional BBQ Judge, that we had been doing things wrong all along. We thought we were out side BBQ'ing but it turns out we have been grilling. Come to find out there is quite a difference. We learned so much talking with our guests this month.
A fun thing I learned was you can actually attend BBQ contests and sample the food. You can check the web or your local paper and see if there are any competitions coming to your area. It's a super fun day for the entire family, especially dad!
